The Hotelesque Housekeeping App allows Hotelesque staff to access all details about the properties within their portfolio in a succinct and intuitive package.
The team can do a full inspection of each property from the app: they are able to view the inventory of all the properties within their portfolio, take photos of any items they want to refer back to at the office, leave notes where necessary, and can close off the inspection when it is complete. The app keeps track of the progress of inspection completion, and allows the office team to see clearly what items were not accounted for and what items are required to be purchased to supplement the inventory.
The App is also a handy reference point for most inquiries the team may have about each individual property. It allows the House Keeping team quick access to information like key numbers for each property, what days the garbage bins should be put out for collection, entry details of each property and much more.
All this and it’s a cloud based reporting process so it is immediately available in the Admin portal.
